The Palace earns FOUR 2014 TripAdvisor Certificates of Excellence!

Palace Casino Resort today announced that it has received FOUR TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence awards. The resort is a top performer in the areas of hotel, casino attraction, fine dining and buffet, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel site.

The Palace hotel has consistently been ranked in the top 5 of the 44 hotels listed in Biloxi, MS. As an attraction for the city, the casino has maintained a position in the top 3 out of 36 listed attractions.

The certificates for fine dining and buffet were awarded to Mignon’s Steaks & Seafood and the Palace Buffet, respectively. Both restaurants currently rank in top 10 out of 183 reviewed restaurants in Biloxi.

This accolade, which recognizes hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor. Only the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.

To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

“Palace Casino Resort is honored to receive four TripAdvisor Certificates of Excellence,” said General Manager, Keith Crosby. “We are dedicated to providing superior guest service to assure guests an exceptional resort experience. Our staff’s hard work produced outstanding reviews on TripAdvisor.”

Vice President of Marketing for TripAdvisor for Business, Alison Copus stated, “The Certificate of Excellence awards provide top performing hotels and restaurants the recognition they deserve, based on feedback from those who matter most – their customers.”
